The Presence Technology Scripting module is a powerful visual tool focusing on development of scripts for telemarketing services, product sales and services, data collection, etc. The tool is intended to make the Supervisor totally independent. Presence Scripting combines development power and easy use, allowing complex campaigns to be put into operation in record time. With no programming knowledge at all, the Supervisor can create and parameterize new campaigns, and implement arguments and service scripts. Among the functions available in Presence Scripting, the Supervisor may also set operating rules, such as for managing required fields or their automatic validation by typology, creating conditions and adding information from different databases.
